Frequently Asked Questions
Do you shoot in a studio or on location?
Both! I love a great outdoor or in-context location (a garden, your storefront, office, or a beautiful neutral space) and I also work within local Atlanta-area studio rentals if that is the look you are wanting! Studio rental fees typically range from $60–$100/hr and are due upon contract signing in order to secure your spot! I'll send you a custom location guide during your planning session so you can pick what feels most on-brand for you.
Do you travel outside of Alpharetta for brand sessions?
Absolutely — I regularly shoot throughout Atlanta, Roswell, Milton, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs, Cumming, and the greater Atlanta metro area. Travel fees may apply for sessions further than 25 miles, and I'm always happy to chat about it on our discovery call.
How far in advance should I book?
I'd recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to allow time for your planning session, location scouting, and any studio coordination. Popular dates (especially Saturdays and end-of-quarter booking pushes in March, June, and September) fill up fast — so the sooner you reach out, the better!
What should I wear to my brand session?
Bring 2–3 outfits that feel like you and align with your brand's color palette and personality. During your customized planning session, we'll talk through styling in detail — I want you to feel confident and comfortable, not overthinking your outfit on shoot day.
How long until I receive my photos?
You'll receive a sneak peek within 48 hours of your session. Your full, professionally edited gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks through an exclusive private online gallery you can download and share from anywhere!
Do I need a commercial license to use my photos for marketing and advertising?
Every brand photography session includes a standard use license that covers personal and business use — things like your website, social media, email newsletters, and general marketing materials. However, if you plan to use your images for paid commercial advertising campaigns, such as Meta or Google ads, billboard or print advertising, national campaigns, or any third-party commercial use, an extended commercial license is required and is available for an additional fee.
