An experience built with care and intention
From the moment you reach out to the day your gallery lands in your inbox, every part of working together is designed to feel easy, personal, and worth every bit of the investment you made. I am not just showing up with a camera. I am showing up as a creative partner who genuinely cares about getting it right for you, your brand, your family, your event, or your team. Whether this is your first time working with a professional photographer or you have been doing this for years, I want the experience to feel like the best part of the whole process. Intentional, collaborative, and a whole lot of fun.

The beauty of showing up exactly how you are.
Here's something I want you to know before we ever meet: you do not need to know how to pose, how to execute a shot list, know what to do with your hands, or how to "be" in front of a camera. That is literally my job and I love it. Whether you are a business owner investing in brand photography for the first time, a couple wanting to document your love, or an event host who just needs someone reliable and detail-oriented to show up and provide quality visuals, I have got you. I put a lot of thought into making every part of this process feel personal, organized, collaborative and genuinely fun. Before your session I will walk you through everything. During your session I will guide you through every moment. And when your gallery hits your inbox, I want you to feel like it was all so worth it because it will be.

What to expect

A relaxed atmosphere
Every session, event, and brand shoot I take on is built around one goal: making sure you feel comfortable enough to just be yourself and confident that your story will be told.
Gentle guidance
I do not just point a camera and hope for the best. I show up with a plan, a shot list, and a whole lot of energy so that you always know exactly what to do next.
Natural and genuine photos
Polished, intentional, and completely authentic to who you are and what you have built. That is the standard I hold every single gallery to, and it is what keeps my clients coming back season after season.
Your Journey
reach out & inquire
Fill out the contact form and tell me about which session you're inquiring about and provide the details listed. I'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with a questionnaire for you to fill out and to set up a complimentary discovery call where we'll talk through everything and make sure we're a great fit for each other.
Planning your session
Once we've connected and you're ready to make it official, I'll send over your contract and invoice. A signed contract and non-refundable retainer deposit are required to secure your date (this is what locks in your spot on my calendar). From there, I will send over a customized planning guide tailored specifically to your session type — with location suggestions, styling tips, a timeline, and everything else you need to feel prepared and excited walking in.
session day
I recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early so we can settle in, chat, and shake off any nerves before we start. From there, I'll take the lead by bringing the energy and creative direction. Whether it is a brand session, portraits, or a full event, I come prepared and I stay present for every single moment of it. Your only job is to show up and enjoy the process!

your gallery, delivered
Keep your eyes on your inbox because sneak peeks are coming within 24–48 hours and I love that excited feeling just as much as you do. Your full edited gallery follows within the timeline outlined for your session type — delivered through a beautiful private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints straight to your door.
Preparing for your session
Here are a few things to keep in mind so your session day feels seamless from start to finish:

For brand clients:
Your brand session is an investment in your business and I want every image to work as hard as you do. Before we shoot, think about the story you want your brand to tell and the platforms where these images will live. Here is how to set yourself up for a great session:
- Bring 2–3 outfits that feel polished, on-brand, and genuinely like you — not just what you think you "should" wear
- Pull together any props, products, equipment, or branded items that are part of your everyday work life
- Think about your brand colors and make sure your outfits complement rather than clash with them
- Clear your schedule for the day so you are not rushing in or rushing out — great content takes a little breathing room
- Trust the process and know that I have done this before — your only job is to show up confident and ready to have fun with it
For events:
Event photography moves fast and the best way to make sure nothing gets missed is preparation on both ends. Here is what I need from you and what you can expect from me:
- Send over your event timeline or run of show as early as possible so I can plan my positioning and prioritize the moments that matter most
- Flag any VIP guests, key speakers, award recipients, or specific moments you absolutely need captured — I will make sure they are at the top of my shot list
- Introduce me to your event coordinator or point of contact on the day so we can stay in sync as things move
- Let me know about any venue restrictions, lighting challenges, or areas that are off limits ahead of time
- Arrive knowing I will be there early — I always scout the space before guests arrive so I am ready the moment things kick off
- Relax and focus on hosting — covering the room is my job and I take it seriously so you do not have to think about it at all
For portraits:
Individual sessions are all about you and I want you to walk away with images that actually feel like the best version of yourself. Here is how to make the most of your time in front of the camera:
- Bring 1–2 outfits for Package #1 and 2–3 for Package #2 — choose pieces that make you feel confident and comfortable, not just camera-ready
- Avoid busy patterns, loud logos, or anything that will distract from you being the focus of the frame
- For graduation sessions, bring your cap and gown plus at least one additional outfit so we have variety in your gallery
- Get a good night of sleep before your session and give yourself plenty of time to get ready without rushing. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water and have a snack!!
- If you wear makeup, go with something that feels like a polished version of your everyday look
- Do not worry about being awkward — almost everyone feels that way at the start and almost nobody does by the end of the session
- Come ready to have fun with it because that energy shows up in every single image
For families:
Family sessions are some of my absolute favorites and also the ones that require the most preparation, especially when little ones are involved. Here is everything you need to know to set your family up for a smooth and stress-free session:
- Coordinate your outfits in complementary colors rather than matching perfectly — think soft neutrals, earthy tones, or a cohesive color palette rather than everyone in the exact same thing
- Dress everyone in layers if the weather is unpredictable so you have options on the day
- Plan your session around nap times and meal times for little ones — a fed and rested toddler is a happy toddler and that shows up in photos
- Bring snacks, favorite comfort items, or a small toy if it helps keep the little ones happy and cooperative
- Give yourselves extra time getting ready and driving over so nobody arrives feeling stressed or rushed
- Do not stress if the kids are not cooperating perfectly — some of the most treasured family images come from the unscripted, unplanned moments and I am ready for all of it
- Your only job is to focus on each other and enjoy the time together — I will handle everything else
For sports:
Game day and media day sessions move quickly and the best results always come from teams and athletes who show up prepared and ready to perform. Here is what I need from you before we get started:
- For game day coverage, make sure I am connected with your coach or athletic director ahead of time so we are aligned on access, positioning, and any venue rules
- Share your game schedule, tournament bracket, or event timeline in advance so I can plan my arrival and coverage accordingly
- For media days, have your roster finalized before the session date — last minute additions can throw off the timeline for the whole team
- Make sure all athletes arrive in full uniform or the agreed outfit for the shoot — consistency across the roster makes for a much stronger final gallery
- Brief your team on what to expect so nobody is caught off guard — relaxed and confident athletes always photograph better than nervous ones
- For individual athlete sessions, bring any sport-specific gear or equipment that tells the full story of who you are as a player
- Show up with the same energy and intensity you bring to game day — that is exactly what I am there to capture and it is what makes the images worth looking at
