Discovery Call
Together we'll go over your event timeline/run-of-show, must-have shots, venue details, and any specific moments or people that need to be prioritized.
I want to walk into your event already knowing where to be and what matters most to you.
From there, I can give you a custom quote for your event.

Event Day!
On the day of your event,
I arrive early, stay ready, and move through the space with a quiet confidence that never disrupts the energy in the room.
Step Four:
Your Gallery, Delivered.
Within the timeline provided to you, your full edited gallery will be delivered.
You will have access to an exclusive online gallery that is polished and organized so you can find exactly what you need, share with your team or guests, and use across your website and social channels.

What types of events do you cover?
I cover a wide range of events across the Atlanta metro and can travel domestically and internationally. These include corporate conferences, networking events, grand openings, team celebrations, milestone birthday parties, graduation gatherings, church services, baptisms, and faith community events. If you're not sure whether your event fits, just reach out — if I can be there for it, I want to be.
How far in advance should I book for my event?
The sooner the better, especially for larger events, Saturday dates, and busy seasons like spring and fall. I'd recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks in advance for smaller events and 2–3 months ahead for larger conferences or galas. Popular dates fill quickly, so don't wait too long once you have your date locked in.
Can you post content from our event in real time on social media?
Yes! Real-time social media coverage is available as an add-on. I'll capture key moments throughout your event and post polished content to your platforms while the event is still happening — great for conferences and corporate events that want to generate buzz while it's live.
Do you cover faith-based events differently than other events?
I approach every faith-based event with the same care, reverence, and intentionality that the community put into planning it. I move quietly, stay out of the way during sacred moments, and prioritize capturing how God is working through these moments. I genuinely love shooting faith-based events and know it is a blessing to be able to minister my talents in this way.
Can we use the photos for our social media and marketing?
Absolutely! Every event package includes a commercial use license so you can use your images freely across your website, social media, email newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials. If you need extended licensing for national campaigns or third-party use, just let me know and we can discuss a custom agreement.
Do you travel for events outside Atlanta?
Yes! I regularly cover events throughout the greater Atlanta metro — Alpharetta, Roswell, Milton, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs, Marietta, Cumming, Duluth, Suwanee, and beyond. Travel outside 25 miles is subject to an additional travel fee, and custom quotes for out-of-state events are available upon request.
How does the retainer and payment work for events?
A 30% non-refundable retainer is required after contract signing to officially secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. For larger multi-day events or custom packages, a payment plan may be available, just ask.
